Cancellation Policy
Cancellation due to Sickness Cancelling a training without cause shall be possible up to 6 (six) weeks prior to the start of the training. Cancellation will be subject to a handling charge of 20 %. In case of sickness or accident, amounts paid to cover any training/workshop/event costs will only be reimbursed upon submission of a doctor’s certificate no later in time than BEFORE the commencement of training/workshop/event. Cancellation will be subject to a handling charge of 20 %. The cancellation must be made in writing addressed to namaste@aminorton.yoga and must be received by the addressee BEFORE the training event commences. Cancellations that are made once the training has started can no longer be considered. Registration is binding and in case of no-show or unexcused absence, any amounts already paid to cover training costs shall not be reimbursed. Should anybody drop out of training resp. leave the event prematurely due to sickness, they shall be able to continue the training in the following year or at a newly scheduled date. Cancellations due to Force Majeure In case of Force Majeure (this includes natural disasters or pandemics, which are outside our sphere of influence) we shall be able to postpone the training as a one-off action to a new date within a reasonable period of time. In case the training cannot be held within a reasonable period of time, the training may be cancelled and costs will be refunded in full.
