My classes are for anybody who would like to try yoga. If you can breath you can practice yoga! I take the fear out of attending yoga classes by breaking down postures to give you an understanding of what to expect. I want to give you confidence and a solid foundation to your practice. If you are already practicing but feel overwhelmed I can help take your practice to a deeper level. The best part of my classes is that they are fun and joyful! Introductory price of £11.11
