2. Cancellations made between 60 – 30 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a 50% refund (less the non-refundable deposit). If the retreat is oversubscribed and another participant fills the space then a full refund (less the non-refundable deposit) will be issued.
3. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date are not eligible for any refund. If the retreat is oversubscribed and another participant fills the space then a full refund (less the non-refundable deposit) will be issued.
4. No refunds or discounts will be issued for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness.
5. Cancellations must be made in writing to hello@thejoyofyoga.org
6. In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organisers, all deposits and payments made will be refunded. No compensation will be made for airfare or travel costs incurred.
7. In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled for reasons beyond the organisers’ control, such as severe weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, a refund cannot be guaranteed. It will be dependent on receiving a refund from the venue they work with. No compensation will be made for airfare or travel costs incurred.
Liability
The Joy of Yoga does not accept any liability for:
1. cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations or other events beyond our control.
2. participant’s medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the retreat.
3. Loss of or damage to personal property of participants.
Travel Insurance
1. All participants are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover from the date of booking until 26th October 2020. Please note that this may need to be extended depending on your specific travel plans. An annual policy is the most cost effective way to do this.
